Our delivery terms are simple, your orders prior to 11 pm on any day will be delivered the next day in any of the time slots convenient for you (mentioned below). 
In fish business speed is essential, as we deal with the highly perishable item. 
We give an option to our customers to select the time slot of delivery and we strive to deliver the product within the time frame.

We have devised a system to achieve the fastest turnaround possible, from order to being delivered to the customer. It is as follows.
  • We will check our emails daily and reply the same day, by email or telephone within 24 hours.
  • Telephone contacts will be dealt with as quickly as possible, +971566919666 (9 AM -7 PM Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM – 1 PM Friday). Please leave your contact number and we will get back to you a.s.a.p. if we are unavailable at the moment.
  • Orders will be dispatched as per the selected delivery time slot packed in a Polyethylene bag/polystyrene box, chilled and iced, and will reach you in the required time slot. Early orders will always take priority when fish is scarce.
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, contact us as soon as possible when the goods arrive on +971566919666 or write to us here so that we can agree a solution to the problem within 24 hours. For more details on return, please refer to our return policy. We treat complaints, though rare, very seriously and use them to continuously improve our service.
  • During the checkout process, you are able to add specific instructions such as leaving your delivery with a neighbor or in a safe place at your property should you not be there to accept the delivery.
  • All Cash on Delivery orders made online will be confirmed on the registered phone number.
  • All products will be delivered in appropriate packaging to maintain the freshness of the product.
