How can I place my order with

How and where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver anywhere within Abu Dhabi (excluding Western & Eastern region) we are currently working on expanding our network to include other Emirates as well.

What if I haven’t received my order confirmation email?
Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your Fishhub Account immediately upon placing your order. If you do not receive it, please check the junk or spam folder in your email client. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, you may log into your Fishhub Account and select 'Order History' to view all of your orders.
If the order you placed does not appear, the order was not successfully confirmed. You may also write to us or call us at +971566919666 if you’re experiencing any difficulties in placing and / or confirming your order.
What are your delivery timings?
We have two delivery windows depending on your convenience for orders placed a day in advance. Our customer service team will contact you to re-confirm time and delivery location.
9am to 1pm – All Days
5pm to 8pm – All Days

Can I order products for same day delivery?
Currently we are offering ‘next day’ delivery only but are working on starting a ‘Same Day delivery’ service soon.
What time do I have to order by for next day delivery?
Please order latest by 11 pm for next day delivery.
Can I order fish for a particular delivery date or special occasion?
Yes, but please call us directly on our hotline or email.

What happens if I’m out when my order is delivered?
Our customer service will contact you once you have placed your order to reconfirm delivery time and delivery location. In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, we will ship you the order at a time convenient to you. You will need to pay a shipping charge of AED 8.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address?
Yes. We will deliver anywhere within Abu Dhabi to the delivery address given on your order.
What is your refund and return policy? What if I am unhappy with the product purchased?

What are your delivery charges?
All deliveries above AED 20 are Free of Charge. For orders below AED 20 we charge AED 8 as delivery charges.

Can I amend my order, or change the delivery date?
To amend the order, you must cancel the previous order and place a new order.
You can also cancel the order at any time (check our Refund Policy).
What are my payment options?
We accept all locally issued Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard Only), Debit Cards (With online payment facility) or you can even pay Cash on Delivery.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
As soon as you have completed payment after placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation with an Invoice stating items and price. A copy of this invoice will also be presented to you at the time of delivery.
What should I do if my credit/debit card is refused when placing an order?
Please contact your bank immediately. Alternatively, you can place an order for Cash on Delivery.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, we do take bulk orders. Send us a mail to or call us at +971566919666 and please specify the product(s), quantity, date and time that you require the order.
How do I cancel my order?

Next day delivery orders must be cancelled before 6 pm the night before delivery, and no charges will be made. For special orders, we require 24hrs notice or the full amount will be charged (this due to us buying the particular fish only for your order).
What if I’ve forgotten my password?
Don’t worry. If you have forgotten your password, you can always retrieve it by performing the following steps:
  1. Click on the Login/Register head on the top right hand corner of your browser
  2. Scroll down and you will then see the text “Forgot your password?” Click on this text.
  3. You will then be redirected to another page.

How do I change my address?
Go to your Account panel and just edit your address. Your default address will be updated automatically.
Why is the website slow? Why does the website not load on my browser?
This may be because of the browser compatibility issue. Upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera or any other standard web browsers for better viewing experience. Disable the pop-up blocker for this page.

How do I know my credit card information is safe? Is your website secure?
Yes, we have received the Global SSL certification that ensures all the payments made to are secure.
We do not retain your credit card information (Please see our Privacy Policy). During your payment process, you are redirected to the banks secure networks and redirected to our website once the payment is complete.
