The Two-Bar Seabream is found in the Western Indian ocean region and it grows up to 50 cm in length.
Most people cook the fish separate by frying - this is to avoid a strong fish aroma, this method starts off with frying the fish to make it crispy and finish in the oven to still keep it juicy. The Faskar fish is also regarded as sustainable for the time being as it has not yet been over fished.
Health benefits: An excellent source of Vitamin D, B3, B6 and B12, this fish is very beneficial for cardiovascular health (heart) in particular. Niacin or Vitamin B3 is known for boosting good cholesterol (HDL) and reducing triglycerides.
