Trevallys are delicious fish that have flat bodies and can be found near the coast as well as on offshore waters. They are usually silver or white in colour.
Since they have medium flavor and firm texture; they can be baked, grilled, smoked and deep or shallow fried. Trevally needs to be marinated or served with a sauce because of their dry flesh. They are child-friendly fish since their bones are very easy to remove.
